Opening applications for the Sentien Alliance

We are now opening expressions of interest for the founding cohort of the Sentien Alliance – closing date 12th April.

The Alliance is a small network of experienced independent practitioners who want to work together over time – supporting each other, collaborating on opportunities, and building trusted working relationships ready for larger client engagements.

The Alliance is not a recruitment bench or a directory.

It is an active group of people who want to build trust with other senior practitioners with a view to collaborating for mutual benefit.

Many independent consultants spend years building deep experience in complex delivery, but still work largely alone. When larger opportunities arise, teams often have to be assembled quickly, based on availability rather than established working relationships.

The Sentien Alliance is an attempt to do something more deliberate than that.

Instead of building teams at the last minute, we want to build relationships first – and then work together when the right opportunities come along.

We are starting with a small founding cohort who will help shape the Alliance while benefitting from collaborative sessions, peer-to-peer support, guest speakers, and the oportunity to work on engagements won by Sentien when they arise.
