At the same time, working within larger consulting organisations or through recruitment agencies has shown that typical structures, hierarchies, and overheads can sometimes create distance between practitioners delivering the work and the value they create.

The Sentien Model

Sentien is designed to operate differently from traditional consulting structures. Rather than large permanent teams supported by heavy overhead, we maintain a lean leadership core and collaborate with experienced independent practitioners when the right opportunities arise.

This allows us to bring together the right expertise for each engagement while ensuring that those delivering the work remain close to both the client and the value created.

For practitioners, it provides independence alongside a trusted professional network. For clients, it means experienced people working directly on the problems that matter.

Sentien Alliance

The Sentien Alliance is a growing network of trusted independent professionals.

Alliance members remain independent, but choose to stay connected through Sentien, sharing experience, knowledge, and opportunities to work together when the right engagements arise.

But the Alliance is more than a loose network of contractors or a bench waiting for work.

It is a formal professional association of experienced practitioners with benefits including coaching access, shared learning, and events that bring practitioners together to exchange ideas and experiences from the field.

For many independent practitioners, the most valuable aspect of the Alliance is not simply access to work through Sentien, but the ability to remain part of a professional community where experience is valued, relationships are long-term, and peer support is there when it's needed.
